1. About these terms

This website is operated by VYROX, a trade name based in Vana-Võidu, 70108, Estonia. You can reach us at vyrox.info@gmail.com or through our contact form. By visiting this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean VYROX, and "you" means the person visiting the site or buying from us.

2. Using the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information when you order, to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or other users' data.

3. Products and descriptions

We sell protective cases for phones and AirPods. Each case is made for one specific device model, so please choose your exact model before you order. A case for one model will not fit another, even within the same phone family.

Product photos show the design on the case and phone model you select. Some of them are digital renderings. Colours can look slightly different on different screens and in different light. Because the artwork is placed to fit each model's shape and camera cut-out, the exact crop of the design can differ slightly from one model to another. We may update product information, and we may stop selling any product at any time.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), or in the currency you select on the site, and include VAT where it applies, as shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order you have already placed. If we find an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers through Shopify. We do not see or store your full card details.

5. Orders and contract

When you place an order you receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your items and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we cannot verify your details or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full. You can cancel your own order within 12 hours of placing it, as described in our Return and refund policy.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery times are estimates. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Returns, refunds and your consumer rights

Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights, including your legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

8. Using your case

Our cases are designed to protect your device against everyday bumps, scratches and drops. No case can guarantee that a device will never be damaged, and our cases are not waterproof.
Make sure the case is fitted correctly, with your device fully seated and all edges clipped in, before you rely on it.
Wireless charging works through our phone cases. Remove the case if your charger or device becomes unusually hot.
MagSafe and magnetic cases contain magnets. Keep them away from bank cards, hotel key cards and other items with magnetic strips. If you have a pacemaker or another implanted medical device, keep the case at the distance your doctor or the device maker recommends.
Keep cases and their packaging away from small children.

Wear from normal use, damage caused by misuse, accidents, modification, or using the case with a device model it was not made for is not a fault. This does not affect your legal rights if a case was faulty when it arrived.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the VYROX name and logo, our case designs, text, images and video, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Apple, iPhone, AirPods and MagSafe are trademarks of Apple Inc. Samsung and Galaxy are trademarks of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Google and Pixel are trademarks of Google LLC. We use these names only to show which devices our cases fit. VYROX is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these companies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

11. Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is described in our Privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this site when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. We would like to resolve any problem directly, so please contact us first. EU consumers can also contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at https://komisjon.consumer.ee.
