When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Open that link to follow your parcel.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Tracking updates can take a day or two to appear after dispatch.
- Items from the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email vyrox.info@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it. More in our shipping policy.
